What we look for
HINT experts are not generalists. We look for three things.
Deep domain expertise
Ten or more years operating at senior levels in your domain. Board seats, C-suite tenure, founder exits, regulatory leadership, or equivalent.
Judgment
A track record of being trusted by peers when the stakes are highest.
Lived experience
You've operated where the decision was made, not adjacent to it.
We accept roughly one in twelve applications. Most declines are about fit between your expertise and the questions our askers bring, not quality.
